Thank you for shopping with NWD Gear! We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Below is our shipping policy for all orders.
Processing Time:
• All orders are processed within 2 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we experience high order volumes or there are shipping delays due to holidays or weather, your order may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Methods and Rates:
We offer the following shipping options:
• EVRi Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days – £3.99.
• EVRi Premium Next Day Delivery (Monday - Friday order by 10pm & Sunday 4pm) - £4.99.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over- £50.00 (EVRi).
International Shipping:
• We currently ship to United Kingdom and Ireland only.
• For international orders, shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery times for international orders may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking:
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order via the provided tracking number.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
• It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately through out contact form here so we can assist in correcting it before the order is shipped.
Lost or Damaged Items:
• If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us by email: info@nwdgear.com or contact us here within 30 days of receiving your package. We will work with you and the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
• Please retain all packaging materials for any damage claims.
