Track Your Order
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a link to your Order Status Page. You can use that link to view the current status of your order.
If you have a customer account, you can also log in and view your order history to track your orders.
You can also track your order by using our live chat tool, by speaking to one of our team members or by typing in your order number.
No, we currently only ship to addresses within the UK.
If you need to change the delivery address once your order has been placed, please contact us ASAP by emailing us at info@nwdgear.com , live chat or through our social media pages.
We have a standard delivery option and a next day delivery option. Standard delivery takes up to 2 days to be delivered when your order is dispatched. Next day delivery is delivered the next working day when your order is dispatched (including Saturdays), orders will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 6pm.
You can track your order by going to the live chat option that you will find in the bottom right corner on our website and clicking the "Track my order" option.
